Working alongside my husband, Bruce Cote, we have a combined 30 years of real estate experience and have been honored members of the prestigious Medallion Club (Top 10% of Realtors in Greater Vancouver) for 11 years. Currently, I am expanding my expertise by working toward my commercial real estate license to better serve my clients’ evolving needs.

Born and raised in Vancouver, I grew up speaking Mandarin at home—a skill I am incredibly grateful for, as it has allowed me to connect with a diverse range of clients and expand opportunities in the real estate industry.
